Why Indian companies move their QMS to a portal

Most certified Indian plants still run their quality system on a shared drive and a set of Excel registers. It works until an audit: an operator uses an obsolete work instruction, a record is missing a signature, or nobody can show when a procedure was last reviewed. Each of these becomes a finding.

Overseas QMS products solve this but are usually priced in dollars per user per month, hosted outside India, and built around one standard. For a plant with hundreds of users and several certifications, the cost and the data location are both hard to justify.

Is Zefron QMS Portal cloud or on-premise?

Both. You can install it on a server in your plant, on your own cloud server, or ask us to host a private instance. Your data stays on the infrastructure you choose.

Which standards does it support?

Any management system standard that needs controlled documents, records, audits and corrective actions, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and ISO/IEC 27001. Several standards can run in one portal.

How is it priced?
